We are subletting out a 22 sqm (240sqf) room in a two-bedroom apartment cause my roommate is on leave over springtime.
Our apartment is located at the very core of Berlin-Mitte; Hackescher Markt (major S-Bahn station) and Rosenthaler Platz (M1) are two minutes away as much as the stations of the U2 and U8. Torstraße and Kastianienallee are literally one block away.
Despite its central location, our place is pretty quiet cause situated at a street reserved for bikes and cars of residents only.
Due us living on the fourth floor right underneath the roof, facing the TV Tower (“Alex”) in the south, we have sunlight the entire day:

Your room is furnished; the apartment includes a nice newly renovated bathroom with washing machine, a bright kitchen and free wifi of course. Our neighbors are very friendly; some are even very funny. The rent is including all kind of utilities. A security deposit of one monthly rent would be appreciated. It would be nice if you could rent the entire three months, but if this is a major problem, we can talk about that, of course.
I, your prospect roommate this spring, am 27, write my PhD in the Social Sciences and am easy to go with.
